Young crew get stuck into it
9 young people from the Moray area were joined by 11 young people from other parts of the UK for a weeks intensive training. They were put through their paces by Gavin Sim (one of our coxswains) and Ben Heaney (Coxswain from AC – England). They became proficient in the transfer from rowing to sailing and back again in preparation for the Atlantic Challenge International Contest of Seamanship to be held in Denmark next July.
